Natalya Dean is an experienced learning and development professional and founder of Innovative L&D. She collaborates with clients to align their L&D strategy and skillsets with the business goals and initiatives (bridge the gap!). Her work focuses on consulting with business leaders and supporting the professional development of faculty, facilitators, and trainers with their L&D needs. As an active workplace learning professional with over 15 years of experience in corporate contexts, Natalya maintains a deep interest in modern workplace learning strategies, eLearning, self-directed learning, and leadership development.
