Innovative L&D will Provide a thorough training needs analysis to identify the appropriate learning objectives, project goals, and target audience to properly create effective content by placing focus on the following:

 

• Collaborate with training team members to write learning objectives and develop knowledge assessments.

• Design learning experiences through engaging activities and practice.

• Develop participant and trainer materials using a variety of presentations, word processing, and image capturing software.

• Support the trainer in becoming familiar with the content.

• Focus on specific, singular modules.

• Utilize client methodologies, tools, and templates.
